Alternative Girls Night

My two best friends and I always do our girls’ nights on Monday evening; we typically go to dinner and have drinks. This week we decided to try something different: a healthy, feel-good girls’ night. So we made salads and cut up some fruits and veggies for dinner at 6:30 and then went to Life Yoga for the 8p.m. Candlelight Yoga class. This is seriously the best way to start your week AND spend time with your favorite people!
