Day 15: Be Gentle

A few of you mentioned that you felt a bit sore and tired from all the yoga.  Of course this is perfectly normal, especially at first, when your body is getting used to this new you. Feel free to take it easy in class. Skip a few vinyasa in favor of a child’s pose. You are engaged in a Challenge that is more marathon than sprint. Sometimes you’ll have more energy, sometimes less. Some of you are so energized that you’re coming to classes back-to-back! How exciting and inspiring. Wherever you are, be here now.
